La tour Melas is a modern winemaking facility, located near the village of Achinos in central Greece. This wine-growing estate with elegant architecture is surrounded by olive groves and mountains, overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Our winery is a four-level, temperature controlled, underground structure. It is designed so that the wine flows by gravity from one step to the next, suitably leaving little need for pumps.
